RULE

 

 ART. 1

 The courses are open to all musicians, both Italian and foreign, with no age limit. Registration with the association grants the right to attend one course as an effective student. Those who wish to participate in multiple courses must inform the Directorate, which will establish the frequency arrangements

 ART. 2

Effective students may attend all other courses free of charge as auditors, subject to prior approval from the teacher concerned

 

 ART.3

To participate in the courses, it is necessary to submit an application using the form attached to the page on the website www.umbriaclassica.com. Such application must be submitted by 30 June 2026 for the July courses and by 10 July 2026 for the August courses.  ART. 4

The application, fully completed in a legible manner, must be sent by email to  umbriaclassica@gmail.com and accompanied by proof of payment of the association fee of €170.00.

 

 ART. 5

he attendance fee for the requested course, as indicated at the bottom of the teacher’s personal page, must be paid by bank transfer by the first day of the course. Upon receipt of the payTment, the student will be given a personal badge that grants access to the course, as well as to the conventions with hotels, B&Bs, and the venues listed on the Association’s website www.umbriaclassica.com

 ART.7

It is possible to register as “auditor” students by paying a single fee of €120.00.

 ART.8

Students enrolled in the piano masterclasses will be able to use a study piano free of charge for a minimum of 2 hours per day and for the entire duration of the course

 ART.9

Students enrolled in other courses will have access to the collaborating pianist maestro and are required to come equipped with music stands.......................................................................

Every evening, public concerts will be held featuring performances by the students enrolled in the courses, as designated from time to time by the Maestro.

 

 ART.11

The Directorate reserves the right to decide on the cancellation of one or more courses. In such a case, the students will be promptly informed, with the consequent refund of the deposit only already paid, without any additional other expenses. In the event of the student’s withdrawal from an effectively opened course, no refund will be due

 ART.12

The Associazione Umbria Classica is not liable for any theft or damage to persons or property that may occur during the period of the courses in all spaces reserved for lessons, studios, rehearsals, and concerts.

 ART.13

The Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Foligno, will issue a certificate to all participants at the end of each masterclass.................................................................................

Registration for the Courses implies the unconditional acceptance of these regulations and the unconditional release for the use of photographs and video recordings of the lessons, concerts, and any other event related to the activities of the courses, without any rights deriving to the participants from such use.

 ART.15

In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the Italian and English versions of these regulations, the Italian version shall prevail.
